Demo Policy

Steam it Gone is primarily a rental company and therefore we do not come to your home for product demos.  Our rental rates allow you to try the machine yourself including self training, you can also provide the steamer to the person who helps you clean your house or office.

However, if after you rent one of our machines, you decide you want to purchase a Ladybug of your very own, we offer these refunds to reward you for introducing yourself to this wonderful product line:

For Ladybug XL2300, XL2300 with TANCS® and the Techo,

• The first 2 one-day rental will be refunded in full
• 20% of all other rentals, up to 25 rentals, including multiple day rentals will be refunded, not to exceed $250.00.

For Ladybug 2150, 2200S and 2200S with TANCS®,

• The first one-day rental will be refunded in full
• 10% of all other rentals, up to 25 rentals, including multiple day rentals will be refunded, not to exceed $125.00.

These refunds will be sent to you shortly after the purchase is made as we will need to verify the rentals were made in the name of the purchaser.
