Pick-up will be on the designated day and time frame. (e.g. if you have a reservation for 1-day with the delivery time frame from 10:00-11:00am, we’ll pick-up the ladybug the next day between 9:00-10:00am)

***Please clean any debris from brushes before pick-up***

Please make sure that someone is available to return the steam cleaner. If we are unable to pick up the machine upon arrival, you will be charged an additional day rental fee of $40.

If for some reason we cannot be retrieved after 48 hours of the  designated day, we will automatically charge you for the replacement of the machine as we will consider that an unwritten request to purchase the machine.
