Please make sure that you or someone in the house is available to open the door and return the dry vapor cleaning machine to the driver.
If for some reason the driver is unable to pick up the machine upon arrival, you will automatically be charged an additional day rental fee of $31.00. We only allow 4 consecutive days of rental so if the pick up is not possible on the 4th day, we will charge you for a new first day rental fee of $43.00.
If for some reason the dry vapor cleaning machine cannot be retrieved after 7 days, we will automatically charge you for the replacement of the machine as we will consider that an unwritten request to purchase the machine.
